8 out of 10 times, they give wrong orders in the drive thru. I am so tired of the service and the manager (female with short hair) is so arrogant. Never apologizes for the mistakes. I stopped going lately, but today they screwed up again.
Worst Mcdonalds in Oakville! Service is very slow at busy times and whenever I go through the drive-thru they ALWAYS make a mistake, when I go in to complain they just give me a blank stare and the manager did not even apologise.
Worst location in Oakville! Management helped me and didn't sayhello, please, or thanks you. didn't even give my receipt!!! Do NOT go there, they're horrible!
