I got a burger and poutine. The services was great and the burger was so thick and juicy! Loved the burger! Poutine was good but the fries didn't maintain their crisp like at NY Fries. Although it's hard to keep fries crispy in poutine. If I'm in the area again, I'm definitely going back.

What an awesome burger and fries! Good service and great value. A lot more than I can say for that South Street Burger Co. Don't go there (rip off nothing special either)we made the error of going there one day instead only because it was closer. Never again. Roxy's we are true to you from now on.

Very similar to Apache in Etobicoke which is one of the best burger places ever. Roxy's is not exactly the same but pretty darn close.

I recently went to Roxy's and all I can say is that it was
AWESOME! The burger was juicy and cooked to perfection, the fries reminded me of chip-wagon fries (delicious) and the onion rings were soo good and reminded me of the olden days. I don't know what the person below is talking about. The special sauce tastes the same as it did many years ago when I started going. How can the bun be cold when it comes out of the toaster? And how can the burger taste of charcoal when they don't cook on charcoal? you clearly don't know what a good burger joint is.
I give Roxy's 5 stars!
Cheers,
Dave

Went to Roxy's last Thursday (Nov. 12th). Wow, it's the worst meal I've ever had. My family and I have been going to Roxy's since it opened and we went to the Original Appache Burgers in etobicoke before that since 1979.

On this night we asked for the fries and rings to be well done. They came out brown (meaning old cooking oil that hasn't been changed). The rings and fries were chewy, and not really hot, not at all like the fresh rings and fries we are use to.

The burger was cool to the touch and had a charcoal flavor (ie. grill not cleaned) and the bun was cold.

Worst of all ... they changed the original Roxy's sauce. That is criminal. George (original owner) would never give out the recipe for his sauce and now they've come up with some sort of variation of the sauce that just doesn't compare.

To say we were disappointed would be a severe understatement. It's hard to find a good mom and pop burger joint so now we'll have to go on the search for a new one because Roxy's no longer cuts it.

I just love Roxy's! Its like someone bbqing for you in your own backyard all year round!!!

Their burgers are soooooo... good! I love the Roxy Burger (of course, that is if you can make it through the whole thing - its huge!)

I wish they would use real grated cheese in stead of the processed stuff though, I'd be willing to pay a little more for the option. It would totally enhance the flavour! Their onion rings are huge - but totally greasy, so you need to be in the mood to have them. All n all 5+ stars... loyal customer right here.

Great chunk of meat! Hamburger combo is perfect (especially with the chocolate shake upgrade)at a fair price. After eating here, you won't go anywhere else. Keep up the good work!

Grew up in Etobicoke where the original Roxy's was, however then it was called Apache Burger on Dundas Street! Your mouth starts watering as soon as you step out of your car! Glad to say, some things never change!

Roxy's burgers and veggie burgers are the best in TO and around.
Fries and milkshakes rock too!
I always make this my side trip in Oakville.

Much better than any of the chains, McDonalds, Wendy's and dare I say it Burger King. One of the best burgers in the GTA.

Homemade fries and rings, huge burgers. It's delicious, and for about the same price as Wendy's you get twice as much food. Love it! Try the Roxy sauce also it's fantastic.
