I don't usually rate restaurants, but in this case I feel I have to. My granddaughter who is 3 was in Dairy Queen about a month ago and saw a birthday cake with a hockey player on it. All she kept saying was that she was going to get that cake for her Dad for his birthday. We forgot all about it and when we went to purchase it yesterday, it was gone. I spoke to one of your clerks and she said we could order one - the problem was we needed it yesterday. She then said if we could wait 10 minutes, she could make one for us. Now that is customer service!!! - Thank you
