The Firehall Cool Bar Hot Grill

I used to go to this grill all the time and quite often had company functions here. However, a female bartender there whose name starts with a K seems to have a very arrogant rude attitude. When I merely questioned her attitude she barked WELL DO YOU WANT YOUR BILL THEN!!!???? I have never been made to feel this way at a restaurant and I will NEVER go there again.

they do not serve any alcohol to people under 21, the food is cold by the time it gets to you, and when you get service the staff is rude and condisending towards younger people. my opinion, skip it and go mcdonalds, they're food is better and they have great service.

Extremely disappointing food at lunch here today. Shocking fare, really. Seven of us, well-served by excellent staff, but our orders were filled with stale, dry and unappetizing versions of what we asked for. Grilled chicken was dehydrated and had a nasty 'fridge' taste as well as a cardboard texture. Salad dressings were bland and watery. Asian sauce came straight from a bottle, too lavishly. Two of us returned our plates for something else, which was passable, but far from good. What a pity the Firehall's cleanliness, pleasant staff, and attractive venue deserve a MUCH better kitchen. I will not return to nor recommend this miserable eatery until word comes out that it is serving decent fare again. Definitely that rarity in our area yucky food.

The Firehall was recommended to us as a good family restaurant. They seated us quickly but we began to wish we had asked to eat on the patio as there were probably fewer flies outside. And if the flies buzzing around our heads and food weren't bothersome enough, the food was mediocre at best(the corn was dry and tasteless and the ribfest ribs were so-so). The poor waitress kept making mistakes (bringing us a drink we hadn't ordered). The decor was cute, but we wouldn't go back

Flies, flies, FLIES!!!! Very unprofessional and unhygienic. Food wasn't very good. The staff was uncaring and made mistakes. I would not recommend it. It was overall, very grubby.

Make sure you keep track of what you ordered and count your change.
Major attitude, minimal service!
Not to mention the danger of not being able to get to work the next day because of what you ate!

This is one of my favorite places to stop by, especially in the summer time. Great staff, great food, great atmosphere.

I would recommend it to anyone looking for a roadhouse type selection.

I've eaten at this restaurant on a few occasions and never had any problems until yesterday, Monday August 7 2006. I was there with my wife and 4 month old son. It was almost impossible to eat our meals due to the amount of flies in the establishment. Between keeping them off our food, and our son and ourselves I don't know what was worse. The food was terrible! Uncooked french fries, and a hamburger made of sawdust. Rubber chicken, yummy. Anyways, I think you get the point, we will not be eating there again.

A place for locals to hang out very casual,and unprofessional. Organization in this restaurant is definately lacking. Food, sometimes good.

pulled chicken wrap is actually cubed loafy tasting chicken, pop is very watered down, slow service. Feta Bruchetta was good.

Management is unprofessional, food is mediocre, noisy atmosphere.
