Omega Steak & Seafood House

In the past the service and food has been excellent. I went there this evening to order the specialty of the house. The steak was not only returned once but upon the second try, the steak was still not cooked to my liking. The waiters were rude. The only comment I got from staff that I WAS WRONG in my interpretation of how to cook a steak. Very Disappointing. I will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone anytime soon.

We have always had an excellent meal at Omega - service is adequate but not friendly. Our most recent experience led to a disagreement concerning the way in which the steak was cooked. The entire staff were rude, insulting and arrogant and went out of their way to be difficult and ignorant. We used to recommend this restaurant to all of our friends, however, after this experience we will never return and cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone. When you pay nearly $30 for a steak you expect it to arrive how you like it and not to have an argument from the staff. Very disappointing.

Oustanding service. Excellent and entertaining table side preparation of Ceasar Salad, Steak Diane Flambe and Crepe Suzettes.
