The worst Thai I've ever had. On a Friday night, service was horrible. Thai was extremely sweet and salad was blah. May be using microwave? Service very slow and waitress would just leave food and take off without talking. Never again! and expensive for Thai!!!!

This is the best thai food in the GTA. I will definitely come back soon.

If you know thai food and like good quality real Thai food avoid this place.
The food here is similar to food court food but at a much higher price.

I love Tasty Thai!!! They also have another loaction in toronto on College. I visit them as often as I can. They have great food. I wish I can take the chef home.

I really enjoy going to Tasty Thai. However, the recent menu change has resulted in my favourite dish being removed ( Please bring back the stir fried mussels in basil sauce! Please!

Generous portions, fresh and delicious food, very inexpensive. I suspect that it's busy on weekend evenings due to the proximity of the AMC theatre. I do agree that service can be very slow. I was quite surprised at how long it took to get a standard satay lunch combo you would think that they'd have these things at the ready, especially at lunchtime during the week.

Nevertheless, I will still go back, because the food is irresistible.

Tasty Thai has AMAZING food at really decent prices. Despite lousy, sometimes grumpy, and extremely slow service, my friends and I return here time and time again. Possibly THE best Thai food in the GTA...Also the staff is quite knowledgeable with ingredients, recommendations etc...and the chefs are very accomodating with altering dishes to suit different tastes. They have great lunch specials as well...and fortunately it is never as crowded at lunch-time as at dinner time. The ambience is nice...can be romantic on a quieter night. Do plan to wait at least 10-30 min for a table on a weekend or weeknight evening...and expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes for your food to be served. But if you dont mind the wait time, this is the absolute best place for Thai food in the suburbs...The food is out of this world..and you'll be glad that you waited the extra 15 minutes for a table!

Very reasonably priced -- a wide variety of tasty lunch specials are only $7! Very good thai food -- I had the chicken pad thai, with tofu, lime, bean sprouts -- delish. I came around 130 on a weekday, which I guess was when it was less busy, because we literally got the food maybe 5-10 minutes after we ordered. Loved it there -- the decor is very tasteful, Thai, and modern, and the service was amazing -- the waiter there was so polite and nice. Definitely plan to go back.

Eureka! this is as close you get to real thai food. great taste and reasonably priced. friendly staff and clean. you wont be disappointed, be prepared to wait, this place is packed around dinner time, although its worth it. 2 thumbs up!

Hi! I'd definitely recommend this restaurant for some of the best Thai food in the GTA and definitely the best in Oakville/Mississauga!! Terrific food at great prices! I don't understand the rant left by a previous reviewer. I've been there countless times and never had a mistaken order and I find the service great - the staff are really knowledgeable about the food. The only fault with the service could be during really busy times when I've had to wait maybe 5 minutes due to heavy traffic. And that really is just a compliment to the food and prices! Don't miss this one because of one ranting reviewer!!!

While I agree with the previous comments about the excellent food at great prices, I would not recommend this restaurant. The service is atrocious, the worst I have ever experienced. I have been to this restaurant a number of times, and I've never received the food in less than an hour, and rarely was my order correct. For such errors I've barely received an apology. The bottom line is that there just isn't enough waitressing staff for the number of orders. They are obviously overworked and underpaid.

Bottom line - great place to visit if you have a lot of time on your hands.

Lots of great food at a great price. Yummy lunch combos. The atmosphere is friendly and clean.
